Louise is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer. She also holds qualifications as a boxercise instructor and runs weekly classes. As a dedicated fitness professional, she is a member of CIPSA.
Louise offers personal training online and in person for all age groups and all ability levels. She also has experience of coaching sports teams.

Louise's passion for exercise and fitness started young. She was a County Cross County runner and also played football at a national standard. In 2016, Louise completed the London Marathon and raised over £5,000 on behalf of the British Lung Foundation.
